Admission & Entry
- All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- A signed waiver is required for all children before entry
- Admission is for children under 16 years of age
- Adults are admitted free of charge
- No refunds for daily admission once entered
Safety Rules
- Socks are required for everyone in the play area (available for purchase)
- Parents must supervise their children at all times
- No shoes on play equipment
- No food or drinks in the play areas
- No running except in designated areas
- Follow all posted rules and staff instructions
Liability Waiver
By entering The Play Station, you acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risks. You agree to release The Play Station from liability for any injuries that may occur during normal use of our facilities. A signed waiver is required before children may play.
Memberships
- Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Memberships are valid for the named child only
- Membership benefits begin on the date of purchase
- Lost membership cards may be replaced for a fee
Birthday Parties
- A deposit is required to reserve party dates
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
- All party guests must have signed waivers
- Outside food and decorations are permitted
Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or ask anyone to leave who:
- Violates safety rules
- Behaves in a disruptive manner
- Damages property
- Fails to supervise their children
